We cordially invite you to the Summer Soirée, a celebration of the Paris 2024 Olympics, this French themed event will be held on July 20, 2024 from 3pm to 3am. All ages are welcome! ***Note the updated date. The party has been postponed by one week due to the long power outage from Hurricane Beryl.***

We want you to have fun and we want you to be familiar with the plan for the day, particularly if you are interested in participating in the Olympic Events, which we hope you are! There is something for everyone, and we do think everyone, young and old can patricipate in all the events.

Please feel free to come and go at anytime during the party. If you wish to participate in specific events, please note the times. There will be plenty to do even if you don't want to participate in the Olympic games!

Activities

• Pool (closes at 2am) - Rooms to change in available
• Discothéque dance party in the garage
• Game Room upstairs
• Quiet Room upstairs
• Mario Kart downstairs
• Eating - appetizers with dinner buffet at 6ish
• Drinking - Soda, Juice, Beer, Wine, Water available in the refreshment area in the garage

Olympic Events

• Basketball
• Archery
• E-Racing
• Running Events - 100m & Relay

And then join us for a medal ceremony at the end.
